03 · Leadership
Building the production systems where artists, creative teams, and AI could work from the same visual language.

Creative Infrastructure
Developed the Concept Team, Narrative Analyst role, and Cinematic Lighting & FX Team to address quality at different stages of production.
AI + Art Direction
Translated camera, pose, expression, lighting, and composition into structured direction the generation pipeline could execute and teams could evaluate.
Quality at Scale
Built testing and QA practices that turned successful creative decisions into reusable systems rather than one-off fixes.
04 · Innovation
Art direction principles written down as structured prompt systems, model evaluation, controlled tests and repeatable production methods.
Generation directed with cinematography, not adjectives.
